Pamela Parasugo
Pamela Parasugo joined the New York office of Howard Ecker + Company in 2010, specializing in representing corporate tenants in commercial lease transactions. Cross-trained in representing the needs of tenants, initiating landlord/developer strategies, and knowing the underlying financial impact of real estate decision making, Pamela brings a unique set of skills to each assignment. She also supports Howard Ecker and the team on transactions across the United States.
Pamela worked for nine years at Tishman Speyer, one of the leading owners, developers and operators of first-class real estate in the world. She is experienced in both the Chicago and New York commercial markets. As such, she acted as the owner’s representative in Chicago, leasing several Class A office properties downtown, and as the New York Asset Manager of a 13 million square foot office portfolio including iconic properties such as 200 Park Avenue | The MetLife Building and Chrysler Center.
Pamela spent six years as a member of Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Services Group prior to working at Tishman Speyer.
Pamela graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Based in Manhattan, Pamela enjoys checking out the newest restaurants and volunteering with a number of local charities.
